Features 

• Recens® Bag magazine could be divided two area include bag storage and bag suction. The Max. capacity of bag storage is up to 600 bags per batch

• Recens® bag open-mouth cylinders and linear modules are used as actuators. The bag suction nozzle is matched with the pneumatic finger cylinder for clamping, and the opening uses a negative pressure suction and cylinder clamping mechanism

• Photoelectric and other sensors are used to feedback the execution position and effect of the action, so that the bag can accurately reach the predetermined position of the opening mechanism, and the opening mechanism will tear the bag to complete the opening action

• Recens® bag trouble shooter use sensor perception, the cylinder lifts and drives a set of high pressure air injection mechanism to quickly blow the faulty bag away, and automatically resume operation without stopping and manual intervention

• Recens® bagging device, which is the servo motor is used as the actuator, which is designed for the circular feeding port. It is not necessary to change the original feeding port of the scale, just to modify the position of the position sensor within a certain range.

• Different sizes bags and discharge openings can also be used by adjusting the air cylinder and the bag-hanging swing arm adjustment mechanism.

• Designed for 15kg,20kg,25kg,40kg PP woven bags, speeds up to 12 bpm

• Ideal for 4 & 6 spouts carousel bagging station (Buhler, Ameco,etc)
